Gregory Straus

I’m a Licensed Real Estate Broker and the Owner of 716 Realty Group WNY, along with affiliated companies focused on property management and short term rental operations throughout Western New York and the Southern Tier.

I’ve been in the business since 2013, and I still operate as an active broker first. I’m involved in deals every day across residential, commercial, and investment real estate, which keeps me close to the market and allows me to bring real time insight into every transaction.

I’ve built a team of over 25 agents and oversee more than 100 managed units. My experience spans multifamily, mixed use, retail, and value add opportunities, with a focus on deals that actually make sense in today’s market.

I pride myself on being direct, responsive, and easy to work with. I believe deals get done when brokers communicate clearly, stay professional, and work toward solutions instead of problems.

I’ve been recognized by Buffalo Business First as a 40 Under 40 honoree and have consistently ranked among the top producing brokers in Western New York.
